The Best Way to See NYC

In a city that lives underground, we invited New Yorkers to come up for air. I led the creative execution for a multi-channel tourism campaign designed to position the NYC Ferry as more than just a commute—it’s a destination. By highlighting hidden waterfront gems and the unparalleled views of the skyline, we transformed a $4.00 transit ride into the city’s best-kept sightseeing secret.

In addition to the core NYC Ferry brand campaign, I developed a targeted St. George campaign to accelerate ridership on the newly launched route. By positioning the St. George line as a premium, 25-minute connection between Staten Island and Manhattan’s West Side, we successfully converted traditional commuters into frequent ferry riders, significantly outpacing initial adoption targets.
